Our History

For more than half a century, The Towbes Group has had a rich history of providing professional experience in all aspects of real estate, ranging from development and construction to property management. We have developed 6,000 residential units and 1.4 million square feet of commercial properties. Nearly all of this development has been in Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Ventura counties. We currently manage more than 2 million square feet of commercial space, including offics, light industrial and retail space, and 2,100 residential units. We are developing a planned community of single family homes and have an active project pipeline.
