LEASING CONSULTANTS - VENTURA AND SANTA MARIA - FULL
TIME
The Towbes Group, Inc. is looking to fill two full-time positions with
experienced Residential Property Management Leasing Consultants in Ventura and
Santa Maria, California. These two positions require strong customer service
skills in greeting and building rapport with prospective residents, touring the
property, leasing and administrative paperwork, preparation of files for
approval and follow through before and after move-in. Computer input of all
calls and traffic. One to two years experience with leasing or sales, strong
written and verbal communication skills with high energy and self motivation.

our residents and therefore require prospective candidates to have prior
experience with relationship leasing and sales in a well-appointed community
offering state-of-the art amenities. Weekend hours required on Saturdays and
some Sundays as needed.
ASSISTANT COMMUNITY MANAGER - VENTURA - FULL
TIME
The Towbes Group, Inc. seeks a full-time experienced Assistant Community
Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of our 104-unit Senior Tax Credit
apartment community located in beautiful Ventura.
We take great pride in maintaining a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere for our
seniors and therefore require prospective candidates have prior experience with
the administration of a Tax Credit community.
A significant element of this position requires your ability to maintain and
provide accurate and detailed information regarding qualification and
re-certification for occupancy; accurately and in a time sensitive manner.
In addition to traditional property management responsibilities; the
Assistant Community Manager works with the Community Manager to lease units,
resolve tenant issues, coordinate service requests, host community functions,
and other administrative tasks as assigned on a daily basis. Schedule will be a
five-day workweek and must be available to work Saturdays. Yardi experience is
highly desired.
The Assistant Community Manager is required to live on-site. We offer a
comprehensive wage and benefit package which includes a two bedroom
apartment.
COMMUNITY MANAGER TAX CREDIT- VENTURA- FULL TIME
The Towbes Group, Inc. seeks a full-time experienced Community Manager to
oversee the day-to-day operations of our 104-unit Senior Tax Credit apartment
community located in beautiful Ventura.

our seniors and therefore require prospective candidates have prior experience
with the administration of a Tax Credit community.

Primary Duties
Initiate and manage all essential tax credit business processes
including:
- Leasing, sales and marketing
- Resident relations and retention
- Client and vendor relations
- Maintenance and capital projects
- Budgets and financial accountability
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Recruitment, selection and team development
Requirements
- CAM or ARM preferred
- 5+ years tax credit management experience
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing Guidelines
- Experience supervising teams of three or more employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of flexibility and ability to effectively manage change
- Advanced level Yardi proficiency
- Computer literacy, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN - SANTA BARBARA - FULL TIME
The Towbes Group Inc. is looking for full-time experienced Service Technician
to work full-time providing building maintenance and customer service for
multiple apartment communities within Santa Barbara.Candidates must be able to
demonstrate advanced knowledge of building maintenance, appliance repair, HVAC,
plumbing, and electrical trade skills.Daily interaction with office site staff
and community residents requires excellent communication, organizational, and
customer service skills.
This is a full time position and requires working in therotation schedule for
nights and weekends for on-call emergency services. Candidate must live within
30 minute response time to Santa Barbara properties. Clean DMV record, proof of
vehicle insurance and pre-employmentdrug test are required.Competative benefits

NIGHT MANAGER - SANTA BARBARA - PART TIME
The Towbes Group Inc. is looking for Night Managers for our apartment
communities in Santa Barbara. You will be responsible for walking and securing
property facilities, posting notices, and assisting residents using community
amenities during the evening hours. Multiple shifts available: Monday - Saturday
5:30pm - 10:30pm and Sundays 1:30pm - 10:30pm. Our residents want your
exceptional customer service and we need your watchful eye! Position pays
$11.00/hr
