EVENING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Part Time

The Towbes Group Inc. is looking for TWO Evening Service Representatives at our apartment communities in Goleta. You will be responsible for walking and securing property facilities, posting notices, and assisting residents using community amenities during the evening hours.

Multiple shifts available: Monday - Saturday: 5:30pm - 10:30pm Sundays: 1:30pm - 10:30pm

Our residents want your exceptional customer service and we need your watchful eye! Position pays $11.00/hr.

We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent for our two new commercial and residential apartment projects. Responsibilities include: scheduling, handling material changes, working closely with consultants and on-site/off-site inspectors, and supervising all phases of construction. Accountable for verifying that all construction work is done in a safe and professional manner, conforms to building codes and appropriate government ordinances. Minimum 5 years previous experience and clean DMV record is required. Must be able to schedule, supervise staff and laborers, communicate effectively with department managers, maintain budget allocations and keep accurate records. Position includes salary and benefits.

Local general contractor seeks a full-time Construction Administrator for our two new commercial and residential apartment projects. The job-site administrator will work out of the job-site trailer and is responsible for the day to day administrative operations during all phases of construction. You will report to the construction superintendent and act as the liaison to vendors, local agencies, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include vendor bids, schedule maintenance, change orders, collection and distribution of construction documentation, purchase orders, labor billing reconciliation, daily logs, and OSHA related requirements. Must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks on the job-site with vendors, sub-contractors, site staff, and project managers on a daily basis. Previous construction office experience desired. Prior construction office with Yardi or Pharaoh software experience desired.

The Towbes Group, Inc. seeks a full-time experienced Assistant Community Manager to assist in the day-to-day operations of our 55+ senior 169-unit apartment community located in beautiful Carpinteria.

We take great pride in providing a quality living experience for our seniors and desire prospective candidates have prior multifamily housing or senior housing experience.

In addition to traditional property management responsibilities; the Assistant Community Manager works in conjunction with the Community Manager to lease units, resolve tenant issues, coordinate service requests, host community functions, and other administrative duties as assigned on a daily basis. This is a full time position and includes working Saturdays. Yardi experience is highly desired.

The Assistant Community Manager may be required to live on-site. We offer a comprehensive wage and benefit package which includes a two bedroom apartment.
