The Towbes Group is in the process of closing out the second phase of development on Lavigna at Westgate Ranch, a gated, master-planned community in Santa Maria. The 21-home second phase follows the original 22 homes. When completed in 2015, Lavigna at Westgate Ranch will feature 140 single family residential homes with floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet.

Lavigna at Westgate Ranch consists of three and four-bedroom single family homes in one and two-story agrarian style architecture, which reflects the rural farming heritage of the region. The six different floor plans feature usable porches that face the street, quality upgrades and extensive native landscaping.

The community areas include a centrally located recreational pool facility, “tot lot,” large lawn area and an internal pedestrian pathway that connects to a larger regional multi-use trail system.

With successful sales in phase two, phase three is set to open in the summer of 2012. The prices of Lavigna homes begin in the mid-$200,000s.
