A Little History
Our company has a history of over forty five years of professional experience in all aspects of real estate, ranging from development and construction to property management. We have developed nearly 5,000 residential units and 1.1 million square feet of commercial properties. Almost all of this development has been in the tri-county area (Ventura, Santa Barbara & San Luis Obispo Counties), with the majority of development occurring in Santa Barbara. We currently manage over 1.3 million square feet of commercial space, including offices, light industrial and retail uses, and approximately 1,600 apartment and mobile home units.
