RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Business Manager - Full Time
The Towbes Group, Inc. seeks a full-time Residential Business Manager to run the day to day operations at a 150+ unit multifamily community. The Business Manager is responsible for all aspects of managing the apartment community including leasing, financial performance, resident relations, staff development, with joint oversight of maintenance and landscaping personnel.
Candidate should be a coaching leader with at least 3 years of previous residential or hospitality management experience. You must be able to inspire and lead a team to achieve staff and community goals. Yardi experience is highly desired. Compensation includes salary + on-site apartment.
