Goleta

goleta
Located at the base of Santa Ynez Mountains adjacent to the City of Santa Barbara, Goleta is also home to many emerging and major tech companies whose employees live in the surrounding area. Goleta is responsible for housing many employees of the tech companies that surround the area, as well as members of nearby University of California at Santa Barbara.

Apartment communities

In the Goleta area, The Towbes Group has five apartment communities. These include Encina Meadows, Pacific Oaks, Patterson Place, Sumida Gardens, and Willow Springs. These apartments give residents a luxurious, yet affordable place to live. All five include an elegant club house, Towbes Fit fitness center, and resort style pool.

Commercial properties

Goleta is a growing region for businesses, with an increased interest in research and technology. Many of our properties are in the heart of the Goleta tech area, including Castilian Technical Center, Santa Barbara Business Park, and Storke-Hollister Retail Center

Jim Carrillo, Vice President of Residential Properties, presented a $13,675 donation to Head Start from The Towbes Group's Give Where You Live program.

We continue to admire the wonderful work that the CAC team has done to improve the lives of families and youth throughout our community, and we look forward to supporting their programs as we move into 2019! #WeBuildCommunity #GiveWhereYouLive #philanthropy #centralcoast
